All products sold on SophiaCosmetics.ae are 100% original and sourced directly from Korea.
We do not sell or support counterfeit or imitation products.
We make every effort to display product colors, packaging, and descriptions accurately, but variations may occur due to lighting or updates from manufacturers.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
Payments are accepted through secure gateways including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and other methods listed at checkout.
Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver across the UAE.
Standard delivery times are 1–3 working days, depending on your location.
Free delivery is available for orders above AED 300.
Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, returns or exchanges are only accepted for unopened, unused, and sealed items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
