Refund policy

At Sophia Cosmetics, we want you to love your shopping experience.
However, due to the hygienic nature of beauty and skincare products, we have specific return and refund conditions.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

To report an issue, please send clear photos of:

  • The product,

  • The packaging, and

  • The invoice/label.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Cash on delivery orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the return is due to an error from our side, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.
