1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all Emirates within the UAE, including:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days (within city limits).
Remote Areas: 3–5 working days, depending on location and courier schedules.
Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to courier logistics, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Fees

Free Delivery: Orders above AED 300.
Delivery Fee: AED 20 for orders below AED 300.

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received:

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Our team will carefully pack and prepare your products for dispatch.
A tracking number or courier update will be shared once the order has been shipped.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery for UAE orders.
Please ensure that the exact payment amount is available at the time of delivery.
Courier drivers may not carry change.

6. Delivery Partner

We partner with trusted UAE courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Our partners may contact you before delivery to confirm your location or delivery time.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist immediately.

8. Order Inspection

Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If you notice any visible damage, missing items, or tampering, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We may request photos of the packaging and products for verification.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Sophia Cosmetics ships only within the United Arab Emirates.
International delivery options may be added in the future.
